The design of this pool house pulls together timeless regional materials and orchestrates them in an honest, simple way that is aesthetically pleasing and in harmony with its surroundings. The family room with its double width brick walls and vaulted cypress ceilings is a comfortable space, being naturally cool on three sides by expansive porches.
“Our land is part of an antebellum plantation; therefore, historical accuracy was of paramount importance to us. Lionel did research and provided many pictures of buildings of that era to support his rendition. He was attentive to both the “big picture” and minor details. We love our beautiful, functional pool house.”
