The project uses painted brick and stucco as its exterior finish materials and alternates them for an extra juxtaposition between offsets. Through the front door, you enter a long foyer that provides access to the living spaces and views of the courtyard. Off the right side of the foyer is the outdoor cabana, which opens to the courtyard. There is a staircase off the living room that leads to the 2 bedrooms and common area upstairs, where there is another view of the courtyard. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house, past all the living spaces, and has a large window facing the courtyard.
