The home located on Lot 250 is a 2-story with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The conditioned space of the house is 3,189 sq ft. and the total under roof is 4,407 sq ft. The project uses painted brick, stucco, and board & batten as its exterior materials. Brick is used on the front façade of the house, stucco is used for the rest of the 1st floor, and board & batten is used to define the second floor. Through the front door, you enter a foyer that is nestled between a bedroom and the enclosed outdoor cabana. There is a staircase off the foyer that leads to the 2-bedroom suites and common area upstairs, where you can capture views of the courtyard. Past the staircase are the main living areas, which have access and views to the cabana and courtyard. The master bedroom is in the back of the house, past all the living spaces, and has a large window facing the courtyard.
