Off of Stanford Oaks Avenue you can find this Transitional 2-story home. The home is a 4-bedroom with 3 ½ baths. The square footage for the conditioned spaces is 5,396 sq ft and the total under roof square footage is 7,664 sq ft.

A unique detail that came up with this home is having two “front porches”. Since the home is located on a corner, it was important to have curb appeal on both facades. The main entrance is located on Stanford, where you enter a central foyer that has a library branching off its left side. Continuing forward you pass the main stairway, which is where the entrance to the living room and kitchen is located. From here you can look out onto the back and front yards through a pair of French doors and large windows. Going through a vestibule located on the other side of the fireplace, the master bedroom has a private wing of the house with its own view of the backyard. The dining room pops out of the kitchen area and helps the library frame the secondary porch and provides a beautiful view if the LSU Lakes. Past the kitchen, you find the garage on the left, and utility rooms and a keeping room on the right.

Upstairs is a common area that looks out over the backyard and has access to a second floor balcony with views of the LSU Lakes. There’s also a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to the main entrance balcony.
