This Craftsman styled home is a 2-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. The square footage for the conditioned spaces is 5,463 sq ft and the total under roof square footage is 7,436 sq ft. The exterior has a combination of stucco and stone cladding finishes inspired by the Northeastern coastal architectural style.

As you enter the entry foyer, there is an office to the left and a guest bed on the right. Both of which have views of the front yard. Walking through the foyer, you enter in between the kitchen and living room, which features a continuation of the stone cladding on columns supporting antique wood beams and covering the fireplace. The outdoor living spaces are right off the living room, connected with a pair of French doors and large windows. The dining room is off of the kitchen, framed by antique wood beams with full views of the backyard. There is also a keeping room a little past the kitchen that leads you to the master suite or the 2-car garage. The master suite has a small sitting area in the bedroom for private views of the backyard.
