This Traditional home is a 2-story with 6 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths. The square footage for the conditioned spaces is 7,242 sq ft and the total under roof square footage is 9,520 sq ft.

As you enter the home, the foyer leads you into the den with large windows and French doors looking out to the backyard. To the right of the foyer is the dining room, which connects to the kitchen with a butler’s pantry. The kitchen has a full view of the front yard and flows right into the living room. Past the living room, you walk down a hallway that takes you past a guest room, utility rooms, and into the garage.

In the den there are symmetrical openings into two different hallways, one takes you into an office space with windows open to the front yard and the other takes you to the primary suite. The primary suite has its own fireplace and a private exit to the backyard.

You can access the second floor from the staircase in the kitchen or the one off the den. One staircase leads to a common area with two bedrooms connected to it.
