A Mediterranean styled home in Bocage Lakes, this 2-story home has 5 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths. The square footage for the conditioned spaces is 6,797 sq ft and the total under roof square footage is 8,793 sq ft. This full 2-story home rests on a lake front lot, maximizing views of the water.

As you enter the octagon shaped entry foyer, there is staircase that wraps around the space leading to a balcony overlooking it as it is flooded with natural light from clerestory windows. Through the foyer is a hallway with two openings, one that leads to a guest suite and prayer room, and the other takes you into the double height living room that can be viewed from a second-floor balcony. The living room opens to the dining room through three arched openings framed by Tuscan columns. This allows maximum natural light to come into the spaces through windows in the front and rear of the house. The dining room leads to the kitchen, which has a keeping room and service pantry adjacent to it. Through the keeping room, you can walk out into the outdoor living area where there is sitting, dining, and cooking areas.
