WEIMAR POOL CABANA

The design of this pool cabana was inspired by the desire of the owners to have a refuge away from the day to day rigors of home life only footsteps away. A  Caribbean style feel can be seen in the use of materials, accordion shuttered doors and the pyramid roof forms that are on top of the two square shapes that make up the main cabana space and the bar/serving area.

The cabana is situated in the remaining yard between the existing pool and the back fence. Stained and scored concrete floors are used as a more cost effective surface. The serving area is projected outward closer to the pool where people can easily access it. The person behind the counter has a great view of the entire pool area. The main cabana space is oriented with the fireplace in the corner and a sittings area that makes it easy to enjoy an expansive view to the pool area as well.
