The new design for this concrete block house interlaces the interior and exterior with broad porches and a sunroom that places you in the middle of the back patio area. A large dormer allows natural light into much of the living space and a second-level bedroom loft. Wood posts and beams with a “V-crimp” roof complete the Caribbean character of the house. The most intriguing addition is a “Tree House” structure, which gives the owners a getaway refuge to experience their tropical environment.
