The Owner wanted a home with classic traditional southern architectural forms, elements and materials. This includes natural brick, painted lap siding and round Tuscan style columns. The resulting design takes advantage of a wider, alley loaded lot by opening up to a landscaped side yard delineated with a lot brick wall facing the front yard.

The Den/Dining areas and Kitchen/Keeping Rooms open up to this yard with an alley of trees that lead to a Japanese Maple focal point recessed into a wall.
