The owner wanted a house that made a unique design statement and provided a spacious Outdoor Living area and Courtyard.
The resulting design features an “L” shaped layout that opens all Living spaces to a Cabana and Patio with a “Cocktail Pool”, complete with outdoor cooking and dining areas and fireplace elements. This space truly functions as another room for the house.
An Entry Stair tower is the central organizing and circulation element for the house, that welcomes you into a light-filled space which the rest of the house emanates from. A mixture of brick, wood, painted sheet rock and wood beam finishes give the interior warmth, intrigue and visual interest.
