Taking advantage of a deeper than usual lot for the neighborhood, the design for this house is centered around opening up views to a front entry courtyard and deep back yard from the Family Room and Dining Area. This same approach is continued upstairs in a Playroom.
The interior wall finishes are used to accent focal points and circulation paths to other spaces. Floor finishes also play a part in distinguishing the Family Room from the Kitchen/Keeping area.
